  Not good.
  
  I needed to see a doctor so called the surgery who said I was on the list and someone would call me. Waited till lunchtime without getting my call back. When I chased it up was told a doctor had tried 3 times and left a message, this was NOT true - I did not have any missed calls and do not have voicemail service on my mobile.
  
  When I did eventually get to see a doctor I needed to get some blood tests done, reception informed me it would be a weeks wait to get them done!!!.
  
  I left my jacket behind while seeing the doctor and 2 days later returned to collect it.
  I waited to speak to the receptionist who looked at me a couple of times but just carried on talking to a colleague. Eventually I explained I had left my jacket in the doctors room. I was told my jacket was not in lost property, I asked where else it would be? The receptionist then got up from her seat a came back with my jacket in her hand?
  
  I use this surgery because it is close to where I work otherwise I would change. The doctors themselves are good but it is not a service I would recommend.
